Cancel / Change Order Policy

At Otucare, we understand that customers may occasionally need to modify or cancel an order after it has been placed. We work to process orders as quickly and efficiently as possible, which means order adjustments may only be available for a limited period of time before fulfillment begins.
This Cancel / Change Order Policy explains how customers can request order modifications, cancellations, shipping address updates, and other adjustments before shipment.
We encourage customers to review their order details carefully before completing checkout to help avoid delays or processing issues.
1. Order Cancellation Requests
Customers who wish to cancel an order should contact our Store Information team as soon as possible after placing the order.
Because orders are processed quickly, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment activities have started.
Orders that have already entered packaging, shipment preparation, or carrier pickup stages may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
If a cancellation request is successfully approved before shipment, the order payment will be reversed according to the original payment method used during checkout.
2. Order Change Requests
Customers may request modifications to eligible orders before shipment processing is completed.
Requested order changes may include:
- Shipping address updates
- Customer contact information corrections
- Product quantity adjustments
- Product variant changes when available
- Removal of items from an order
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requested changes whenever operationally possible.
Once an order has entered shipment preparation or carrier processing stages, modifications may no longer be possible.
3. Time Sensitivity of Requests
Timing is extremely important for cancellation and modification requests due to our fast order processing procedures.

4. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and billing information during checkout.
If an incorrect address is submitted, customers should contact us immediately to request a correction before shipment.
We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided during checkout.
Additional shipping charges may apply if a package must be reshipped due to address errors.
5. Orders Already Shipped
Once an order has been shipped and transferred to the carrier, cancellation requests can no longer be processed.
Customers who no longer wish to keep shipped items may be eligible to request a return according to our Return & Refund Policy after the package is delivered.
Tracking information will be provided once shipment processing has been completed.
6. Refunds for Canceled Orders
Approved cancellations completed before shipment will qualify for a refund to the original payment method.
Refund processing times may vary depending on financial institutions and payment providers.
Customers may receive confirmation once the refund has been issued successfully.
Banking institutions may require additional time before refunded funds appear in the account balance.
7. High-Risk or Suspicious Orders
For security and fraud prevention purposes, certain orders may undergo additional verification before processing.
We reserve the right to delay, refuse, limit, or cancel orders if suspicious activity, payment inconsistencies, or security concerns are identified.
Customers may be contacted for additional verification information when necessary.
8. Communication Responsibilities
Customers should ensure that their contact information is accurate and accessible so our support team can communicate regarding order updates or modification requests.
Delayed customer responses may affect our ability to process requested order changes before shipment.
We recommend monitoring your email regularly after placing an order in case additional information is required.
