Our goal is to ensure every customer receives their jewelry products safely and within the estimated timeframe. Please read the information below carefully before placing your order so you fully understand our processing procedures, shipping timelines, delivery expectations, and support process.

This policy applies to all products available on our store, including Bracelets, Earrings, Necklaces, and Rings collections.

1. Order Processing

All orders placed through our online store are processed within 1 business day. During this period, orders are reviewed, verified, prepared, packaged, and transferred to the shipping carrier for delivery.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays or carrier service interruptions. Orders placed during weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.

Once your order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

During periods of high demand, seasonal promotions, or holiday sales, processing times may occasionally require additional time. We always work to minimize delays and keep customers informed whenever possible.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

We currently provide standard domestic shipping within the United States using trusted carrier services. Delivery estimates begin after the order processing period has been completed.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather conditions, operational disruptions, and holiday shipping volumes may occasionally affect delivery schedules.

3. Cut-off Time Explanation

Our daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM (EST), Monday through Friday.

Orders submitted before the cut-off time are generally processed beginning the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off time will typically begin processing on the next business day.

For example, an order placed at 3:00 PM EST on Tuesday may begin processing on Tuesday, while an order placed at 8:00 PM EST will generally begin processing on Wednesday.

Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.

4. Shipping Carriers

We work with trusted shipping carriers to ensure reliable delivery service throughout the United States. Depending on package requirements, destination, and operational efficiency, orders may be shipped through:

  • UPS
  • FedEx

Carrier selection is determined by our fulfillment team and may vary depending on the shipping destination and package size.

Customers are unable to manually select shipping carriers during checkout.

5. Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details will be sent automatically to your registered email address.

Tracking numbers may require 24–48 hours to become active after the carrier receives the package. During this period, tracking updates may temporarily appear unavailable.

Customers are encouraged to monitor tracking information regularly to stay updated on shipment progress and delivery status.

6. Delivery Issues

While most shipments arrive successfully within the estimated timeframe, unexpected delivery issues can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control.

Delayed Deliveries

Weather disruptions, transportation issues, holiday demand, or carrier operational delays may affect delivery timelines. Customers are encouraged to allow additional transit time before reporting delayed shipments.

Lost Packages

If tracking information indicates that a package may be lost during transit, please contact us promptly so we can work with the carrier to investigate the shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during checkout. Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses may experience delays, failed delivery attempts, or return-to-sender situations.

Additional shipping fees may apply if reshipment becomes necessary.

Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows a package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check nearby areas, mailrooms, reception desks, neighbors, or household members before contacting support.

7. Order Changes & Cancellation

Customers who need to modify or cancel an order should contact us as soon as possible after placing the order.

Due to our fast processing times, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be completed once fulfillment has begun.

Requested modifications may include:

If the order has already shipped, cancellation requests can no longer be processed.

8. International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the United States.

International shipping services are currently unavailable. Orders submitted with shipping addresses outside the United States may be canceled during verification.
